"Cherkizovo" and "Ravis" seize "Duck Farms" through the court

Two companies of large agro-industrial holdings immediately appealed to the Arbitration COURT of the Chelyabinsk Region with a demand to challenge the transaction for the sale of the property of the bankrupt company "Duck Farms": the breeding stud farm "Dubrovsky" (JSC "Ravis - Poultry Farm Sosnovskaya") and JSC " Chicken Kingdom " ( PJSC " Cherkizovo Group "), which currently controls almost all major South Ural poultry MEAT producers under the Turbaslinskiye Broilers , Uralbroiler , UMK, Healthy Farm brands .

The companies demand to invalidate the sale and purchase agreements concluded by the bankruptcy trustee of the company, Sergei Sidorov, in March of this year. Contrary to the results of the officially held auction, which CHEL.DK.RU told about earlier, the production complex of the enterprise and the roads to the complex, which were not included in a separate lot, were purchased by entrepreneur Kurbonjon Jamolov.

Representatives of Cherkizovo require the bankruptcy trustee to terminate both contracts and conclude a deal with them; "Ravis" insists on the invalidation of one of the contracts (related directly to the production of ducklings) due to its "pretense" and the transfer of ownership from Kurbonzhon Dzhamolov to the PKZ "Dubrovsky".

The applications are united by the court into one proceeding; along with the manager of Duck Farms, Resurs Plus LLC, which was supposed to acquire the debtor's property following the results of the March auction, acts as a co-respondent.
