Earlier it was reported that the process of settling shops will begin in the spring of 2022. At the same time, industry experts note that now there is a problem with the purchase of hatching eggs in the country.

Poultry farm " Borovskaya " has begun negotiations with potential poultry suppliers to restore livestock. This was announced at a press conference by the Governor of the Tyumen region Alexander Moor. According to him, by the end of March, a decision on the deal will be made.

Borovsk poultry farm is negotiating with potential poultry suppliers. Selects the breed, the terms of the transaction. In February-March, all necessary decisions must be made. A gradual recovery will begin. It will take several months from the moment the birds are imported to the production of the previous volume of eggs, Moore said.

At the end of last year, the deputy governor, director of the agro-industrial complex Vladimir Cheimetov said that the settlement of the poultry farm would begin in the spring, however, according to him, hatching eggs would be imported.

The company will definitely resume work. According to our calculations, the first hatching egg will arrive at the factory in the spring of 2022, then the bird will be grown, - Cheimetov said at a meeting of the regional Duma's agrarian committee.

How much the restoration of livestock will cost is still unknown. The budget will not compensate for the damage to the poultry farm, as it was reported, the livestock was insured.

Recently, in Russia, according to the Kommersant newspaper, problems with the purchase of hatching eggs have become aggravated.

The reason is the closure of deliveries from a number of regions of Germany, the Netherlands and France by the Rosselkhoznadzor at the end of 2021 - the beginning of 2022. Prices for hatching eggs exceeded 40 rubles. per piece against the standard level of about 20 rubles, the publication reports, citing its source in the industry.

The supervisory authority said that against the backdrop of the spread of avian influenza in Europe, unlimited and uncontrolled import of hatching eggs is impossible due to the high risk of introducing the disease with such products. However, the National Union of Poultry Breeders believes that the problem is of a short-term nature, since Russian producers manage to increase the production of hatching eggs, including thanks to new support measures from the Ministry of Agriculture - compensation for part of the costs.

As DK.RU recalls, an outbreak of bird flu at the Borovsk poultry farm led to the destruction of millions of chickens and eggs. All this was burned for weeks in the vicinity of Tyumen. Residents of the city complained about the smog. According to the Rosselkhoznadzor , the outbreak was caused by violations of veterinary rules.

We add that due to the forced downtime, the factory managed to solve a long-term problem and get rid of the fields of manure, the smell of which penetrated the city in the spring.
