Truck loaded with alcohol overturned in Grodno region

January 22, MINSK. A truck overturned in the Grodno region, BelTA learned from the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.

"On January 21, at about 15.00, a driver born in 1961, driving a GAZ truck, was driving from Slonim to Grodno. When leaving the village of Indura, he did not take into account the road conditions, lost control and drove into a left ditch in the direction of travel, the car overturned ", - said the traffic police.

In the back of the truck, various products were transported, including ALCOHOL. As a result of the accident, up to 100 liters of transported alcohol were damaged. The driver was not injured in the accident and there were no passengers in the cab.

The accident is under investigation.
