Traffic Inspectorate of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of the Minsk City Executive Committee told BelTA. The previous day, inspectors from the Zavodskoy District Department of Internal Affairs of the capital stopped a Toyota driven by a 29-year-old man near building No. 150 on Partizansky Avenue.
