April 12, MINSK. A drunken pensioner at the wheel of a car was detained by the capital's traffic police, BelTA learned from the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.
The day before, employees of the traffic police department of the Soviet District Department of Internal Affairs of Minsk stopped a Renault car near the house No. 51 on the street. Yakub Kolas. The result of a medical examination showed 1.1 ppm of ALCOHOL in the body of a man.The traffic police recalls that for drunk driving, the administrative penalty depends on the concentration of alcohol in the blood or its vapors in the exhaled air: from 0.3 to 0.8 ppm - 100 base units with deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a period of three years; more than 0.8 ppm - 200 base units with deprivation of the right to engage in certain activities for a period of five years.
