March 22, Vitebsk. A Vitebsk resident with his cousin, in a state of alcoholic intoxication , broke into the polyclinic at night, breaking the glass of the front door, and made a pogrom. The ardent desire of a Vitebsk resident to be coded from ALCOHOL addiction turned into an acquaintance with police officers for him and his cousin. Late in the evening of February 24, after drinking heavily, two residents of the regional center decided to go to the clinic to improve their HEALTH. Then both entered the territory of the medical facility. Being inside the building, one of the visitors smashed everything that he saw on his way, and the other tried to calm him down.
Vitebsk residents told employees of the Oktyabrsky District Department of Internal Affairs that they just wanted to improve their health and code themselves from alcohol addiction.
