On November 27, at about 5:30 p.m., on the 6th kilometer of the H8964 Papernya-Radoshkovichi road in the Minsk Region, a 25-year-old driver in a Shacman vehicle hit, according to preliminary information, a pedestrian born in 1983 who was lying in the traffic lane.
The man died at the scene from his injuries. The deceased showed signs ofHe was under the influence of ALCOHOL and was not wearing reflective elements.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
