Drunk lawless person in a passenger car was detained in Minsk

June 20, MINSK. A drunken lawless man was detained in Minsk, BelTA was told at the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

At about 4 am, the attention of traffic police inspectors was attracted by a Toyota car. The passenger car was driving along Lobanka street without headlights on. The policemen stopped the car. "A 19-year-old young man with obvious signs of ALCOHOL intoxication was behind the wheel . He was taken for examination, as a result of which 1.43 ppm of alcohol was detected in the driver's blood," the UGAI specified. The young man did not have a driver's license with him and, as it was established, he never received one.

Administrative materials have been drawn up against the violator.

The UGAI recalled that driving while intoxicated and without the right to drive is strictly prohibited by law.
