The car wash worker, who saw what happened, immediately reported it to law enforcement agencies. Soon the employees of the territorial traffic police of the traffic police detained the man.

It is noteworthy that earlier he had already been deprived of the right to drive all types of vehicles for driving a car while intoxicated. In addition, the man was prosecuted for theft and threatening to kill, as well as administrative liability for violating traffic rules.
