November 29, MINSK . The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade has established a list of alcoholic beverages for 2025, the import of which is not subject to the state's exclusive right. The corresponding MART Resolution No. 69, dated November 14, 2024 , was published on [link missing], BelTA reports.

The list includes 22 names of French champagne (including Moet & Chandon, Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut, Dom Perignon, Louis Roederer Cristal, GH Mumm, Perrier-Jouet, Bollinger), 52 names of cognacs, including those made from cognac spirits aged for more than 10 years (Hennessy, Martell, Rеmy Martin, Camus, Erebuni, Armenia, Legenda Moldovei, Hine, Courvoisier, etc.), 85 names of whiskey (Grant's, Aberlour, Ballantine's, Jameson, Jim Beam Black, Bushmills, The Macallan, etc.), 26 names of rum (Bacardi, Havana Club, Varadero, Angostura, etc.), 3 names of gin.

The list also includes grape wines with a minimum manufacturer's price of €13 per liter, FCA (manufacturer's warehouse). If the container's volume is less (more) than 1 liter, the minimum price is calculated proportionally and must not be less than €13 per liter.

The document will come into force on January 1, 2025.
