April 23, MINSK . A driver with 3.38 ppm of ALCOHOL in his system has been detained in Minsk, BelTA learned from the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

While on duty, the attention of the traffic police inspectors of the Partizansky District Department of Internal Affairs was drawn to a Peugeot driven by a 40-year-old man moving along Uralsky Lane. The driver's physical condition aroused suspicion among law enforcement officers. A medical examination revealed 3.38 ppm of alcohol in the air exhaled by the offender.

The man was detained and suspended from driving the vehicle, and the vehicle was taken to a guarded parking lot. For his actions, the driver was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine of 200 basic units (Br8.4 thousand) with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 5 years.
