In the first half of the year, the Moscow region increased poultry meat exports by more than 40%

Moscow Region increases MEAT product exports abroad. Thus, over six months, poultry meat exports in value terms increased by 42.9% compared to the same period last year.
As noted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Moscow Region, the total volume of poultry meat shipments abroad amounted to almost 76 thousand tons. The main share of supplies (45%) came from CHINA - 25.3 thousand tons of products were exported to the Republic. Saudi Arabia is also an importer - the volume of shipments exceeded 10.7 thousand tons, which is 21%. Among regional companies, the largest exporters of meat products are OOO TK Miratorg, OOO TD Cherkizovo.
Moscow Region is among the TOP-5 regions exporting agricultural products in RUSSIA. At the same time, according to the results of last year, Moscow Region took 1st place in exports in value terms of individual products, including poultry meat . In particular, the share of deliveries amounted to 33% of the total volume of exports in the country – 116.2 thousand tons were shipped.
