Rural bakers of Chuvashia from the same family can confirm the title of the best at the All-Russian competition

Applications for participation in the All-Russian competition “Cup of Rural Bakers of RUSSIA - 2024”, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, are accepted until September 15.
Employees of organizations located in rural areas or small towns, whose main activity is bread baking and which employ at least two members of the same family, are invited to participate. The competition will allow you to identify the best in the baking business, exchange experiences, improve the skills of specialists and the prestige of the profession.
“The competition is in its third year, and the state program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Territories” promotes its development. Our bakery masters have already proven their professionalism by taking high awards from the competition in 2022 and 2023. We invite you to prove it again!” – called the Deputy Prime Minister,Minister of Agriculture of Chuvashia Sergei Artamonov.
The competition will be held in two stages - in absentia and then in person. The final is scheduled for October.
8 teams of three people will be invited to the decisive “Battle of the Bakers”. They will have to prepare dishes in the following categories: “Bread from a mixture of rye and wheat flour”, “Bread bakery products”, “Small-piece bakery products”. The winners will be awarded prizes and valuable prizes.
