Founded in the fall of 2025 in the village of Khara-Shibir in the Trans-Baikal Territory, the agricultural consumer cooperative "Khadara" produces ten types of products.
"We are currently producing semi-finished meat products under the brand name "Teplo Stepi": buuzy, pelmeni, cutlets , cabbage rolls, meatballs, and chebureki . In total, we offer ten types of meat for sale, not counting meat cuts. Currently, we are primarily focused on delivery, through online sales. We deliver fresh produce to Chita twice a week. Our marketing strategy is focused on each customer, and therefore we deliver all orders directly to their door," explained the chairman of the "Khadara" cooperative.
Andrey Dashiev noted that the agricultural cooperative was created with the personal funds of three friends, two of whom returned to Trans-Baikal from various Russian cities, where they had previously run businesses.
"In the initial stages, we received support from the regional Ministry of Agriculture , which subsidized part of the equipment purchase costs, as well as from the regional small business support fund, which provided a soft loan," explained Andrey Dashiev.
He explained that it's too early to talk about the enterprise's profitability, as the founders' primary goal is not to make money, but to contribute to the development of their native village.
"We had the idea to do something useful for the homeland where we grew up. We will create jobs: we have currently hired local residents who previously worked in the food industry. We also provide sponsorship to young athletes, and we plan to continue to support the initiatives of our fellow villagers in every possible way. Therefore, it's too early to talk about any specific results. I think we won't be able to summarize preliminary results until 2027; our fellow villagers will have to evaluate them," the chairman believes.
The agricultural cooperative plans to expand its operations, including building a dairy farm, and attract new members. To this end, Hadara plans to apply for grant support from the regional Ministry of Agriculture.
