The first of the planned events took place yesterday, May 24.
Near the Sulyaevsky farm of the Kumylzhensky district of the Volgograd region, bordering on the Sholokhov district of the Rostov region, local veterinarians worked out an algorithm of actions in the event of African swine fever.
Veterinary workers, representatives of the administration, police officers, fire brigade, medical service and other interested departments "deployed" a security and quarantine post, and also demonstrated the algorithm of the veterinary service at it.
Don veterinarians noted the high level of organization of the exercises and, in response, invited Volgograd colleagues to the Rostov Region for the command and staff exercises planned for June 2022 to eliminate the conditional focus of ASF.
