A poultry farm near Moscow produces 39 million quail eggs per year.

The Shepilovskaya Poultry Farm, the largest quail producer in RUSSIA and the only industrial quail farm in the Moscow region, celebrated its 20th anniversary. In August 2005, the farm, located in the urban district of Serpukhov, received its first batch of Japanese quail. Currently, the enterprise is a first-class breeding farm and continues to develop the industry.
"Over the past 20 years, the Shepilovskaya Poultry Farm has established itself as a leader in the domestic poultry industry. The farm has developed and implemented its own original method for industrial quail rearing and management. The adult flock numbers nearly 340,000 birds, of which 182,000 are layers. The enterprise provides consumers with a variety of processed products, ensuring food security," noted the farmer.Sergey Dvoynykh, Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region,
added that the farm is equipped with modern production facilities, including its own slaughterhouse and deep processing facility. Last year, the poultry farm produced 39 million quail eggs and 56.9 tons of live-weight poultry MEAT for slaughter. it also sold 63,000 heads of breeding young animals and 273,300 hatching eggs . Today, the Shepilovskaya Poultry Farm produces a wide range of products: from fresh eggs and quail meat to deep-processed products—boiled eggs in marinades, canned breasts and legs, pâtés, jellied eggs, carpaccio, and smoked eggs.
