The Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan began at the exhibition “Eat Your Own!” international exhibition and forum "Russia"

Today, February 20, as part of the international exhibition and forum “Russia” at the exposition “Eat yours!” The Ministry of Agriculture of RUSSIA started the Days of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The entire variety of products from the region's agro-industrial complex can be seen in the Village of Novo-Prostakvashino.
A food COURT has opened for visitors to the location. Guests try delicious juicy belyashi with beef and chicken, real Bashkir baursaks, crumpets with blueberries, and warm up with aromatic Bashkir fruit drink and Ivan tea. Representatives of Bashkortostan in national costumes tell adults and children about the amazing nature of the republic, the diversity and beneficial properties of Bashkir herbs and Bashkir honey. This week in the “meat” hall there will be tastings with a Bashkir flavor; the menu includes sauerkraut salad, bishbarmak and broth with herbs, and Bashkir chak-chak.
At the village fair, Bashkir producers offer honey, sweets, MEAT delicacies, kumiss and other regional products.
An entertainment program will also be held on the Novo-Prostokvashino stage, creative groups will perform on February 23, 24 and 25, and awards will be held.
