A delegation from Tatarstan took part in the 17th Congress of the National Union of Milk Producers

A delegation led by Marat Zyabbarov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan, participated in the Third Dairy Industry Leaders Forum.
The 17th Congress of the National Union of Milk Producers was held as part of the forum. Participants discussed key trends of the past year, new government support mechanisms, anti-inflation measures, and legislative initiatives that will shape the industry's investment attractiveness in the near future.
Dmitry Patrushev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, addressed the plenary session of the congress. He summarized the year's results and outlined key objectives for the industry's further development.
Patrushev emphasized the importance of strengthening genetic potential. The government is encouraging the development of genomic selection as part of the national project "Technological Support for Food Security."
As part of their working visit, the Tatarstan delegation also visited the AGRAVIA International Exhibition of Production and Processing Technologies for Agro-Industrial Professionals and the iAGRI International Exhibition of Innovations and High Technologies.
