Warsaw imply the freezing of the company's assets, prohibition of access to its financial and economic resources

Poland imposed sanctions against Gazprom EXPORT, 100% owned by PJSC Gazprom, follows from the data of the Polish Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The restrictions include a freeze on all assets, a "prohibition to provide any funds or economic resources, directly or indirectly, to or for the benefit of a listed entity" and a ban on actions aimed at circumventing these measures.

The justification for the sanctions states that the activities of Gazprom Export “provide the Russian government with a significant source of income”, and, thus, the company “is responsible for material or financial support for activities that undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.”
