On October 12, Nazran hosted an action of the World Without Tears charity program, under which VTB purchased a complex of rehabilitation equipment for the Children's Republican Clinical Hospital

“The charitable program World Without Tears was held today for the first time in the Republic of Ingushetia. The Bank annually expands the geography of the project, providing support to children's state medical institutions throughout Russia. Children's Republican Clinical Hospital is one of the largest in the country. Its staff provides necessary and often vital assistance to young patients from all over Ingushetia. Today we are happy to donate the necessary equipment for the rehabilitation department. I am sure that it will help little patients on their way to recovery,” said Alexander Dyrenko, VTB Manager in the North Caucasus Federal District.

The World Without Tears project has existed since 2003 and is part of VTB Bank's Healthy Country social program. Its goal is to support and develop healthcare in Russia, to help public hospitals provide quality medical services in any part of the country. As part of the project, medical equipment, medicines and supplies are purchased for children's state medical institutions throughout the country. During this time, more than 150 hospitals in 76 regions of Russia received assistance from VTB.

According to tradition, holidays are held for hospital patients, which have become an integral part of the World Without Tears program. Currently, in order to prevent the risk of the spread of COVID-19, the holidays have been moved to an online format. Today, live on Instagram @mirbezslez, not only young patients of the hospital in Nazran, but also users across the country had the opportunity to chat with the characters of the program “Good night, kids!”. The TV heroes answered the questions of the broadcast participants, held a quiz and raffled off prizes.

This year, 27 hospitals from 22 settlements are participating in the World Without Tears program, including, in addition to Salekhard, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Izhevsk, Orenburg, Chita, Tyumen, Engels, Khabarovsk, Yoshkar-Ola, Cherepovets, Yaroslavl, Mines, Kemerovo, Volgograd, Dzerzhinsk, Penza, Nizhnevartovsk, Nazran, Anadyr, Elista, as well as the village of Kurumkan (Republic of Buryatia).
