Regional authorities told how schools and kindergartens will work from May 1 to May 10

In the Russian regions, they decided on the work of schools and kindergartens on the May weekend, which, according to the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin, this year will last from May 1 to May 10 inclusive. According to the decree of the HEAD of state, the authorities, other bodies and organizations were to independently determine the number of employees and workers who ensure the functioning of these bodies and organizations in a given period.

So, in the Kaliningrad region , according to the decision of the authorities of the region, schools and kindergartens will work from May 4 to May 7 on a weekday basis. This decision concerns the work of the entire state and municipal sector of the region - medical institutions, social services, as well as regional and municipal authorities. “Due to the fact that many business representatives and their employees will continue to work on holidays, we considered it right not to deprive their younger children of the opportunity to be in kindergartens, and their older children to calmly finish the school year and prepare for the final certification and graduation work at schools ”, commented the governor of the region Anton Alikhanov.

There will be no classes in the schools of the Perm Territory from May 1 to May 10 inclusive, the regional Ministry of Education and Science said in a statement. However, by decision of the administrations of educational institutions, consultations can be held from May 4 to 7 for students preparing to pass the OGE and the Unified State Examination. Preschool institutions will not work from May 1 to May 10, with the exception of duty groups.

According to the statement of the Ministry of Education of the Novosibirsk Region , schools will not work in full-time mode from May 1 to May 10. For educational institutions with a six-day working week on May 3 and 8, it is recommended to organize work remotely. In the kindergartens of the region, by decision of the municipalities, if necessary, duty groups can be opened.
