
The company with Uzbek capital LesInProm plans to invest 1.2 billion rubles in the creation of a woodworking production in Beloretsk. The company is part of the Taiga group of companies. This was announced at the presentation of the economic potential of Bashkiria in Uzbekistan by the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Andrei Nazarov. According to him, the future enterprise will be located in the territory of advanced socio-economic development (TOSED) Beloretsk.
“On the territory of Beloretsk PSEDA, together with the TAIGA group of companies, the Republic of Uzbekistan, we are planning to place a woodworking plant with an annual capacity of up to 500,000 cubic meters of finished products,” Nazarov said.
LesInProm LLC was registered in Beloretsk in November 2021. The main activity of the enterprise is "sawing and planing of wood". The co-owners of the company are Antares Premium LLC (Kazan) and Proryv LLC (Moscow). The first company belongs to Marat Yarulin, the second - to Maidan Sirazhev.
The head of government told representatives of Uzbek business about the advantages of Bashkiria as a region for investment. For companies that open their production in the republic, there are preferential taxation and infrastructure cashback - the state returns to the investor up to 50% of the cost of building roads and laying communications to the facility. There are also preferential conditions for granting land. In regional development institutions, you can find loans at 1-3% per annum.
According to the Prime Minister, Bashkiria and Uzbekistan have many industries in which cooperation can be established and developed.
“In mechanical engineering, one of the key areas is the production of aviation, automotive and special equipment, as well as equipment for the oil and gas industry. We have significant potential for joint cooperation in these areas. Our oil and gas engineering enterprises annually export packer and anchor equipment, perforation systems and other types of their products to Uzbekistan,” Nazarov said.
In addition, Bashkiria intends to establish direct supplies of agricultural products, livestock and fertilizers to Uzbekistan. To this end, it is planned to launch Agroexpress, a system for fast container delivery of goods from one country to another. Russian Railways and ANO "Eurasian agrologistics" can become partners of the project.
