Aleksey Polevshchikov, a judge of the Leninsky District COURT of Perm, is guilty of violating judicial ethics and red tape, including when considering the criminal case of disabled DOCTOR Marina Drugova. This was decided by the Qualification Board of Judges (QCJ) of the Perm Territory, which brought him to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a remark. For the 8-year career, Judge Polevshchikov appeared before the body of the judiciary for the third time.

A graduate of the Kuban State University Polevshchikov since 2001 served in the prosecutor's office, including an investigator. From the post of prosecutor of the Ilyinsky district of the Perm Territory, he moved to the judiciary. Work experience in the mantle is 8 years 10 months. The information was given at a meeting of the QCJ on March 22 - when considering the appeal of the Council of Judges of the Perm Territory.

After checking the activities of Polevshchikov for 2017-2021, the council of judges revealed red tape. So, in 2021, deadlines were violated in 44.4% of criminal cases that were in the proceedings of this judge. This is mainly about the production and signing of minutes of court sessions.

According to the rules of Part 6 of Art. 259 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation, 3 days are allotted for this procedure - from the date of the end of the court session. In the criminal case of the former HEAD physician of the Center for Medical Prevention, Marina, another protocol was issued 1 month after the petition filed by the defense.

By a verdict dated October 19-21, 2021, the disabled group 3 Drugova was found guilty of 6 episodes of embezzlement on a large scale (part 3 of article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). For each, she was threatened with up to 6 years in prison. By partial addition of sentences, Judge Polevshchikov measured 4 years and 6 months in prison.
