Rospotrebnadzor increased the coverage of laboratory tests for coronavirus infection by 1.5 times. This is stated in the decree of the HEAD of the department Anna Popova, which is published on the portal of legal information.
The Chief Sanitary DOCTOR of RUSSIA has amended its resolution dated 10/16/2020 No. 31 “On additional measures to reduce the risks of the spread of COVID-19 during the seasonal rise in the incidence of acute respiratory viral infections and influenza”.
“The numbers “200” shall be replaced by the numbers “300,” the document says.
The resolution states that the changes come into force from the day following the day of publication of the document, that is, from November 18. Thus, from Thursday, Rospotrebnadzor will increase testing coverage for COVID-19 to 300 people per 100,000 people.
