Tests conducted on January 21 of this year revealed that coliform bacteria were detected in potato dumplings and vareniki, with bacterial counts exceeding regulatory limits by four to five times. These tests were part of the production and laboratory monitoring. The results were entered into the Vesta automated system and communicated to the customer.
