The head of Rosselkhoznadzor will meet with the president of PepsiCo

Rosselkhoznadzor head Sergei Dankvert will meet with PepsiCo Russia President Neil Sturrock on February 26. This is stated in the message on the website of the service.

The meeting will be held "in order to discuss issues of interaction," the service said in a statement.

In December 2017, the Rosselkhoznadzor claimed that PepsiCo had illegally obtained access to the department's official correspondence. At a meeting with representatives of the service, PepsiCo President for Corporate Relations in Russia, Ukraine, the CIS and Central Europe, Sergey Glushkov, showed them a copy of “an internal official document of the Rosselkhoznadzor, which has a restrictive mark “for official use.”

Rosselkhoznadzor also accused PepsiCo of commercial espionage. The company rejected the "absurd assumptions of the Rosselkhoznadzor" and said that they were unfounded.
