Putin will meet with the Crown Prince of Oman

Russian President Vladimir Putin at the “Russia Calling!” forum will meet with Crown Prince of Oman Ziyazin bin Haitham Al Said. The press secretary of the HEAD of state, Dmitry Peskov , spoke about this at a briefing for journalists, an RBC correspondent reports.

“Very soon we expect his arrival at the “Russia Calling!” forum. We also expect the president to have contact on the sidelines of this forum with the Crown Prince and Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Sultanate of Oman, Ziyazin bin Haitham Al Said,” Peskov said.

On December 7–8, the VTB investment forum “Russia Calling!” is taking place at the World Trade Center in Moscow. Vladimir Putin has already begun his speech, which is expected to take an hour and a half, taking into account the time for answering questions from investors from India, CHINA , the Middle East and other countries. Forum “Russia Calling!” has been held annually since 2009 and for the first time in a face-to-face format since 2019, when the covid-19 pandemic began .

On December 6, Putin made visits to the UAE and Saudi Arabia, where he held talks with leader President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud.
