
Muscovites who, after arriving in RUSSIA, did not provide the results of PCR tests through the public services website, were fined more than 28 million rubles, the press service of the Moscow department of Rospotrebnadzor reported.
“According to the results of the cases considered by the courts, 2234 citizens were awarded fines in the amount of 28 million 155 thousand 500 rubles. The rest of the cases are under consideration in the courts, and the dates of the hearings have been set for them,” the department said.

According to Rospotrebnadzor, after returning from vacation, about 2% of citizens do not submit the results of PCR tests to Gosuslugi. Since August 1, 2020, the department has sent 9781 notices of appearance to violators to draw up a protocol on violation.
Failure to provide test results falls under Part 2 of Art. 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The maximum penalty is an administrative fine of up to 40,000 rubles. If this caused harm to the HEALTH of other people (part 3 of article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), then the fine for citizens increases to 300 thousand rubles.
