Positive aspects:
No violations of sanitary and chemical indicators, presence of pathogenic microorganisms, GMOs, parasites, antibiotics or radiation contamination were detected.
Problem areas:
A deterioration in physicochemical indicators has been noted: 5.88% of samples did not meet standards, compared to 1.5% in 2024. Microbiological indicators have also improved somewhat, but remain at 4.97% of violations, compared to 6.22% the previous year.
Sanctions:
As a result of the inspection, 14 batches of meat products, totaling almost 22 kg, were seized. Rospotrebnadzor reminds consumers of the importance of carefully selecting products, especially chilled products, and checking storage conditions and expiration dates to ensure their health . Quality control of meat products in the region remains a priority for the agency.
