Coronavirus in Novosibirsk: summary for August 3

Another 201 cases of COVID-19found in the Novosibirsk region. According to the operational headquarters, on the morning of August 3, 53,315 cases of coronavirus were registered in the region, including 3,903 children. 44,955 patients recovered (+142 per day). Nine more patients have died: men aged 55, 68, 74.76 and 80 years and women aged 71, 80, 83, 94 years. In total, 2,367 people died from coronavirus in the region.

4,484 patients, including 56 children, were hospitalized to infectious disease hospitals in the region with a diagnosis of COVID-19 and suspected of it. There are 349 people in intensive care units. On mechanical ventilation — 48 patients. In total, 2,195,724 coronavirus tests have been done in the Novosibirsk Region.
