“We warriors do not agree to these negotiations, to these agreements, but this is a political will, we have a president for this, as he says, it should be so, we are warriors who are fighting, we do not intend to retreat, and we call on the leadership of the state in the person of the president, so that they would let us finish what he started,” Kadyrov said.
