
By February 2022, the share of companies in Russia that practice remote work of employees exceeded half, the SuperJob service found out during a survey (RBC has the results of the study).
In total, 51% of the companies surveyed reported having remote workers, with four out of ten employing more than 30% of the workforce. More remote work was observed only at the height of the pandemic - in May 2020: then remote employees were in 59% of companies, experts noted.
Moreover, the number of companies where there are employees working remotely has grown significantly over the past two to three weeks. Prior to this, 31% of companies in the state reported remote workers.

In Moscow and St. Petersburg , remote work is more common than in other regions of Russia. In the capital, remote work is used by 68% of employers, in St. Petersburg - by 63% of companies.
