From ham to chips and snacks. We reveal the main new products from the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex.

This manufacturer supplies dozens of delicious products to domestic and international markets. Located in Fanipol, MINSK Region, the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex has long produced more than just broilers and eggs . You can easily find an incredible variety of MEAT products made from chicken, turkey, pork, and beef under the brands "Dzerzhinka," "Myasnaya Dervava," and "Derzhi Indeyku." Omegga MILK and eggs are also produced here; the company is currently the largest factory in the country for their production.

Seven major investment projects.

The holding's divisions are located in eight districts of the Minsk Region and the capital. The company operates using a closed-loop process, supplying its own feed mills with raw materials, producing compound feed, premixes, and protein-vitamin supplements, including for sale. The widest range of products is sold not only through its own chain but also through other retail outlets and exported to CIS countries, both near and far.
One of the largest food processors not only in the Minsk region but also throughout the country, it is steadily developing, investing in new projects. These projects are all aimed at increasing production volume and quality, introducing new products, and expanding exports.
"Sustainability can only be maintained through the constant implementation of innovations necessary for the successful operation of a diversified production facility, which is what we are," explains Vladimir Lukyanov, General DIRECTOR of Dzerzhinsky Agrokombinat OJSC. "Currently, the company is implementing seven major investment projects related to the construction of new facilities. Here are just a few of the most notable examples. In 2026, a selection and genetic center for poultry farming will be built at the company's premises to replace imports of breeding poultry products in the egg sector.
Also here in Fanipol, the project "Innovative Processing Plant for Non-Food Animal Raw Materials with a Capacity of 80,000 Tons Per Year" is in its final stages. Equipment installation is currently underway. Access roads are already ready, and work has been completed on the monolithic reinforced concrete foundations and the structures of the wastewater treatment facility reserve walls. Preparatory work is underway for the construction of auxiliary buildings.
The new plant will be fed with equal parts of its own waste and raw materials purchased from other regions. The project envisages the introduction of a fundamentally new technology for Belarus for processing blood and feathers to produce blood and feather meal, which is added to pet food. Furthermore,Such raw materials can be used as biologically active additives in plant growing.
"We expect demand for such products both within Belarus and in RUSSIA and CHINA, which is an additional source of profit," explains the director. "Another important factor is that this high-tech facility will create 124 new jobs.
The plant will be equipped with highly efficient, energy-saving, waste-free production technologies. Using harmless methods for processing biological waste, it is possible to obtain valuable secondary raw materials for feed production.
" "As part of the 'One District - One Project' program, 16 broiler fattening houses will be commissioned this year near the village of Vesely Ugol in the Dzerzhinsky District, which will allow us to increase poultry production to 10,000 tons per year," continues Vladimir Lukyanov. "In the Volozhin District, construction is nearing completion on a facility for 600,000 laying hens: six buildings will house 100,000 caged laying hens. An egg sorting and packaging facility will also open there." To launch production, it is also necessary to secure a water supply, construct treatment facilities, and access roads to them.
In recent years, poultry farming in the country has been expanding, including through increased turkey production. Turkey is raised in the Grodno region, in Ostrovets and Lida, and in the Kopyl district of Minsk, where the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex owns a brand-new complex of facilities designed to produce approximately 6,000-7,000 tons of pure turkey meat per year.
The main objective is to supply the domestic market with the required product. Expanding exports is also envisaged, since the BelarusianTurkey is a hot seller in Russia.  Let's try it!  Recently, the Dzerzhinsky agro-industrial complex has also been producing turkey meat . The "Derzhi Indeyku" (Hold the Turkey) product line is the newest, and its assortment is constantly expanding. Under this brand, you'll find fillets, azu, and offal. And also schnitzel, meatballs,

Cutlets , nuggets, specialty ground meats, and baking bags . Plus sausages (boiled and smoked), frankfurters, ham, HEAD cheese, jamon, "Nakhlebchik" chunk meat with natural additives, liver pâté, chips, and snacks… You can't list them all!  Turkey
meat is low in calories, low in fat, rich in vitamins and minerals, and contains the amino acid lysine, which can regulate blood cholesterol levels. Yes, there is a slight downside: it's more expensive than chicken, but this is due to production requirements. To maintain poultry HEALTH, feed must be additionally enriched with protein and certain vitamins.
The "Myasnaya Dervava" brand includes over 300 pork and beef products: semi-finished products, frankfurters, sausages, cooked, cooked-smoked, semi-smoked, smoked, and dry-cured sausages. New York, Ossobuco, and Ribeye beef steaks are available at both the brand-name and large retail chains. Sous-vide, a method of slow-cooking meat at low temperatures in a vacuum, preserves maximum juiciness. To appreciate this, try the pork and beef ribs, tails, and pig ears "Po-domashnemu" (very easy to prepare: just reheat in the microwave or oven). Among the unusual products made from 100% beef are burger patties (they can be pan-fried or grilled).  The company has repeatedly received the Belarusian

Government Prize for Quality and has received awards from the most prestigious national competitions, as well as diplomas and medals from agricultural exhibitions. The company's specialists are featured at the district and regional "Dazhynki" festivals and fairs for rural workers. Last harvest was no exception. The agrokombinat regularly participates in the country's largest agricultural exhibition, BELAGRO. The Dzerzhinsky agrokombinat invites everyone to its branded stores for high-quality and varied meat products and recommends trying the "Summer Burger," "Rolls with Ham, Turkey, and Egg," or "Juicy Zucchini and Turkey Casserole" ( recipes are available on akd.by).
