In the Bryansk region with the help of
ROSSELKHOZNADZOR information systems the facts of legalization of more than 500 tons of dried
MILK of unknown origin were revealed, writes
PIONERPRODUKT with reference to the press service of the department.
In particular, based on the results of remote analysis of data obtained with the help of the information system "Mercury", experts of the Rosselkhoznadzor Directorate found that since the beginning of 2019, the company LLC "Vneshintorg" has sold more than 500 tons of dried milk, as the producers of which were declared JSC "Slutsk Cheese Plant" and Kletsky branch of JSC "Slutsk Cheese Plant", which are currently subject to temporary restrictions on the import of these products to the territory of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, when sending dried milk to other regions, outgoing electronic veterinary supporting documents issued by representatives of the business entity as confirmation of receipt of products from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, indicated veterinary certificates, allegedly issued in the period from February 2017 to March 2018, i.e., before the introduction of time limits.
However, the information of the state information system "Argus" does not confirm the import of these consignments of products from the Republic of Belarus, as well as their veterinary control, which they were obliged to pass in case of receipt through the official registration points.
In addition,
it was found out that in a number of outgoing eVRDs, issued by the authorized persons of Vneshintorg LLC when sending the products, there were no data on veterinary certificates for which the goods were received from the Republic of Belarus.
Thus, we can assume that either illegally imported products or products of unknown origin and unconfirmed quality and safety were put into circulation. [ADD-1]
In this connection, the Rosselkhoznadzor Department initiated an unscheduled documentary inspection. However, the documents confirming the origin of the products, including quality certificates and veterinary certificates with marks on veterinary control at the FPU on the Russian-Belarusian section of the border were never submitted.
As a result, Vneshintorg LLC was prosecuted for an administrative offence.
The veterinary services of the subjects at the place of destination were also informed to take measures within their powers.
The monitoring of Vneshintorg activity with the use of FGIS "Mercury" will be continued.
