Today we share three simple and very quick breakfast recipes. Eat right, save your time, and don't be late for work! Morning Avocado Burger Ingredients: 1 hamburger bun;
1 small tomato;
1 leaf of green salad;
2 pieces of bacon;
1 avocado;
1 egg;
2 teaspoons of mayonnaise;
1 clove of garlic;
basil and
SALT - to taste.
Cooking technique: Cut the bun and bake in the oven (you can fry in a pan without oil).
Cut the tomato into slices.
Fry the egg and bacon.
Whisk the avocado, mayonnaise, basil and garlic in a blender.
Brush both halves of the bun with the avocado mixture.
Top the bottom bun with lettuce, bacon, tomatoes and a fried egg.
Cover the hamburger with the second bun.
Enjoy your meal! Steam omelet with spinach Ingredients: 2 eggs;
70 g spinach;
150 g grated hard cheese;
salt - to taste.
Cooking Technique: Cut the spinach. Fry for 2 minutes.
Whisk eggs with salt. Add spinach and cheese.
Pour the mixture into a mold greased with vegetable oil.
Wrap the mold with several layers of cling film.
Put
it in a wide pot of water on fire. Cook 12-15 minutes.
Enjoy your meal! Soufflé with potatoes and sausages Ingredients: 8 eggs;
150 g boiled potatoes;
150 g smoked sausage;
150 g of
MILK;
60 g of hard cheese;
2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
salt and black ground pepper - to taste.
Cooking Technique: Mix eggs with milk, salt, pepper and parsley.
Whisk.
Pour the egg mixture into the oiled molds.
Add chopped potatoes and sausages to each mold.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 190 degrees.
