"Agrokombinat Snov" exported products worth about $12 million

July 17, MINSK . Chairman of the Board of the agricultural production cooperative "Agrokombinat Snov" Nikolai Radoman, before the start of the awards ceremony for the winners of the competition for the government quality award, which was held today at the Palace of the Republic, spoke with journalists and shared the successes of the cooperative, noting that in 2023 "Agrokombinat Snov “exported its products worth about $12 million, BelTA correspondent reports.

The jury selected 30 organizations for achieving significant results in the field of quality and competitiveness of products, services provided or work performed, the introduction of innovative technologies and modern management methods. Seven of them became laureates of the award, 22 were confirmed as laureates again, and one more organization was recognized as a winner of the competition. The winners represent the mechanical engineering, transport, electrical engineering, construction and food industries, light industry, including educational and scientific institutions. SEC "Agrokombinat Snov" is among those who managed to defend their right to be called a laureate of the award.

“Participation in every competition, and especially victory in it, is gratifying for us, to say nothing of such representative events. Today, for the fourth time since 2012, we were among the winners of the competition for the government award in the field of quality,” emphasized Nikolai Radoman , adding that the award is not an end in itself, but a way to receive a comprehensive expert assessment of the work of the entire enterprise.

According to the chairman of the SPK, the agricultural complex has something to be proud of both in crop production - the introduction of new varieties and technologies, obtaining outstanding yields with indicators of up to 100 c/ha, the use of precision farming - and in livestock breeding. In pig farming, for example, Snov breeds new breeds and is constantly working to improve the taste of MEAT. The agricultural complex was also noted for its achievements in MILK production, milking about 12 thousand liters.

“We have no problems with the sale of our products on the domestic market, we are deeply involved in exports. Our sausage products and stewed meats go with a bang in the cities of RUSSIA. We are glad to have our own sales market, because some enterprises today have problems with the sale of manufactured goods,” noted Nikolai Radoman. “However, branded and high-quality food products will always win over their customers.”

The Chairman of the Board of the SPC "Agrokombinat Snov" states: this competition is not the last for the cooperative. The next step will be an attempt to obtain a state quality mark. The manager aims to lead the agricultural complex to the awarding of a CIS award for achievements in the field of quality of products and services.

“Victory will give impetus to the development of all our industries, from crop production to processing and the consumer table,” Nikolai Radoman is convinced.

The title of laureate of the government award in the field of quality provides the organization with a reputation as a reliable manufacturer of high-quality and competitive products, contributes to the expansion of its sales markets, and opens up new business opportunities. Laureates can use the image of the award emblem in product labeling, documentation, and advertising materials for three years.
