Zelenets Poultry Farm recalled a batch of sausage due to a clipping error

Zelenetskaya Poultry Farm JSC withdraws from the trade turnover a batch of sausages with erroneously typed production dates and expiration dates.

The decision to withdraw from sale was made after one of the residents of Ukhta published his claims against the manufacturer on social networks, confirming them with pictures of the product that caused legitimate doubts. He bought the sausage at the Zelenetsky poultry farm company store.

Based on the date stamped on the clip, we can conclude that the buyer was faced with the fact of the sale of an expired sausage, which was released on May 8 (08.05), although in fact the product was fresh: it rolled off the assembly line on August 5 (05.08). 

The press service of Zelenetskaya Poultry Farm JSC explained that the numbers are in the wrong sequence. However, the entire batch has been withdrawn from the market.
