The plant "Khakasskaya mutton" was noted in the nomination "Export potential-discovery of the year" of the regional competition "Exporter of the Year of Khakassia". The competition was held by the republican center "My Business" with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Khakassia as part of the implementation of the national project "Small and medium-sized businesses and support for individual entrepreneurial initiatives."
The winners were selected in five categories: "Export potential-discovery of the year", "Best exporter of the year in the industry", "Best exporter of the year in the agro-industrial complex", "Best exporter of the year in the service sector", "Breakthrough of the year" at the end of 2020. Applications for participation were sent by 26 entrepreneurs.
The most popular was the nomination "Export potential-discovery of the year" - 15 applications were received from companies that are just starting to make themselves known in the EXPORT market. Among them is the plant "Khakasskaya mutton".
Delicacies from "Khakasskaya mutton" appear in the country's largest retail chains
The company started operations in 2019. However, even today, the assortment of the plant's products includes dozens of items that are not inferior in quality to competitors that have long been entrenched in the MEAT market.
"Khakass lamb is a young enterprise, nevertheless, it is already aimed at export activities. Last year, we practically signed a contract with the Republic of Belarus to supply our products there, but the pandemic adjusted plans. In order not to waste time, we entered the Register of Enterprises of the Customs Union ( Cerberus).
Now the countries are gradually opening their borders, so in the future, when all issues with the regionalization of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation are resolved, we will be able to work for export," Tatyana Bocharova, DIRECTOR of the Khakas Lamb plant, explained to 19rus.info.
The plant "Khakasskaya mutton" entered the agricultural holding "Ermak"
Recall that last autumn "Khakassskaya mutton" became part of the agricultural holding "Ermak", which owns 40 thousand hectares of agricultural land and is the largest producer of lamb meat in Khakassia. This year, the company intends to master a new direction - the production of marbled cattle meat in the premium segment.
