When carrying out control (supervisory) activities without interaction with controlled persons and analyzing information received from the Unified Register of Certificates of Conformity and Declarations of Conformity of the Federal Accreditation Service, it was established that individual entrepreneurs Bazargurueva N.A. and Samaeva Ts.B did not ensure the completeness of the information about the results of the research. Also, as part of the state work in 2024 “Testing and (or) examination of goods subject to state veterinary control (supervision)” when monitoring food products, samples were taken “Semi-finished meat products, meatballs” from individual entrepreneur S.V. The department decided to suspend the validity of declarations of conformity and issued warnings to individual entrepreneurs.

In just three months of 2024, as part of monitoring compliance with mandatory requirements, the Rosselkhoznadzor department monitored 52 declarations of conformity registered in the National System of Rosakcreditation for 21 applicants. During the monitoring, the validity of seven declarations of conformity for products of animal origin from five applicants was suspended.
