Social institutions of the Chechen Republic do not comply with instructions to eliminate identified violations of legal requirements in the field of veterinary medicine

The Prosecutor's Office of the Chechen Republic agreed to conduct 5 unscheduled on-site inspections in relation to MBDOU "Rodnichok", MBDOU "Kindergarten No. 2 "Solnyshko", MBDOU "Kindergarten No. 14 "Beralla", MBDOU "Kindergarten No. 6 "Teremok", MBDOU "Kindergarten" Garden No. 2 "Serlo". As a result of the measures taken, the officials responsible for the acceptance of food products were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 10.8 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses with the issuance of an order to eliminate the identified offenses.

During unscheduled documentary checks in December 2023 on the execution of previously issued instructions, a failure to comply with the instructions in full was established. Officials of preschool educational institutions responsible for the implementation of regulations did not ensure the registration of legal entities in the FSIS "VetIS".

On December 21, 2023, the Caucasian Interregional Directorate of Rosselkhoznadzor initiated 5 cases of administrative offenses under Part 8 of Art. 19.5 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation in relation to the perpetrators, and orders were re-issued to eliminate the identified violations for a new period.

In accordance with the current requirements of the law, meat , meat and other products of animal slaughter (harvest), milk , dairy products, eggs , and other products of animal origin are subject to veterinary and sanitary examination in order to determine their suitability for use for food purposes. There may be food products, materials and products in circulation that meet the requirements established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and have been confirmed to comply with such requirements.
