The Center for Genetics and Breeding will be created in the Republic of Bashkortostan

The document was signed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Belarus - Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, General Director of Bashkirskoye JSC for breeding work Vadim Goryaev, Rector of the Bashkir State Agrarian University Ildar Gabitov, Head of the Veterinary Department of the Republic of Belarus Azat Ziganshin, Director of ANO "Altyn Solok" Marat Khasanov, director of the Central Committee of the Republic of Belarus for horse breeding and equestrian sport "Akbuzat" Damir Iseev and director of the Bashkir research center for beekeeping and apitherapy Revner Baitullin.

As Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Belarus Farit Valitov noted, pedigree livestock breeding is actively developing in the republic. There are many enterprises engaged in selection work in various directions.

“The signing of such an agreement will allow us to centralize selection and breeding work,” he said. - The Center will provide an opportunity to create a single database of all breeding animals, improve their accounting, improve the skills of specialists. The main site of the center will be JSC "Bashkir" for breeding work.

The center will be a new platform that will accumulate all types of breeding activities from scientific and practical to laboratory research. The institution will also act as an educational platform.
