In the Penza region, 10 declarations of conformity for products of animal origin were invalidated

The grounds for making the above decisions were the facts of false declaration - the lack of documentary confirmation of the study of controlled products for all safety indicators provided for by the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On food safety" (TR TS 021/2011), as well as non-compliance of food products with the requirements of this technical regulation .

At the same time , the ROSSELKHOZNADZOR Administration found that an individual entrepreneur adopted a declaration of conformity for dairy products based on the test report of a phantom laboratory, which is not located at the actual address stated in the documents and does not carry out its activities.

On the facts of the revealed violations, warnings were announced about the inadmissibility of mandatory requirements.
