The poultry farm was part of the Healthy Farm group of companies owned by ex-shareholder of B&N Bank Mikail Shishkhanov. Bashkirskaya became the agricultural holding's first asset in the egg business. In August, the Tavros structure became the owner of the food egg producer Sovetskaya Agrofirma (Kirov region), the planned volume of its production this year was estimated at 320-325 million eggs. If Komsomolskaya is purchased, the volume of egg production at Tavros poultry farms may exceed 1.7 billion eggs per year. The country's largest egg producer, the Sinyavinskaya poultry farm , produced about 1.6 billion eggs at the end of 2022. According to the forecast of socio-economic development for 2024 and for the planning period of 2025 and 2026, prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development, this year egg production on all farms may increase by 0.8%.
