A total of 211.9 billion rubles will be allocated for concessional lending this year. Including, 20 billion rubles will be allocated for new loans.

“We hope that we will have the opportunity to increase this volume, but this volume will be enough for us to carry out spring field work,” said Elena Fastova.

According to the deputy minister, last year there was an increase in investment loans, and small forms received them especially actively. “I hope that the dynamics of investment loans will continue this year,” added Elena Fastova.
