Omsk producers registered declarations for dumplings and dairy products based on fictitious laboratory tests

Thus, on May 16, as a result of an analysis of the website of the Russian Accreditation Agency, officials of the department identified two Omsk manufacturers who had issued declarations of conformity based on studies in phantom laboratories.

For example, LLC “Company “Noble Products” (Omsk) has registered a declaration of conformity for frozen dumplings. The declaration was adopted on the basis of laboratory research reports from the testing laboratory of SERTEKSP LLC ( Moscow ).

This organization is included in the list of laboratories that are not located at the place of activity, and does not carry out actual activities at the declared address.

Also, IP GKFH Rychkova Irina Anatolyevna (Omsk region, Krutinsky district) registered 4 declarations of conformity for butter , sour cream,cottage cheese and pasteurized milk produced by it on the basis of research protocols from the testing laboratory of MosStandart LLC (Moscow), which is also recognized as phantom.

Thus, the laboratory test reports, on the basis of which the declaration of conformity of products of animal origin was made, are falsified.

The Office of Rosselkhoznadzor for the Omsk Region made decisions regarding all five declarations to invalidate them.
