Miratorg opens a renovated training center for livestock specialists

The main goal of the Agroacademy is to develop a training system that meets modern production standards. The developed algorithm for improving professional skills helps prepare employees—from operators to managers—for effective and safe work, which in turn positively impacts productivity.

The training program includes practical training from day one, using real-world processes, with mentors from experienced employees and external experts. The training complex has the capacity to accommodate over 1,200 employees annually. According to Miratorg President Viktor Linnik, the success of the meat project depends on the qualifications of each specialist. The updated academy will be a key element in raising professional standards on farms and in beef cattle farming in general.
