Sinara Group opened a sausage shop in the Sverdlovsk Region

The workshop has a complete set of necessary equipment: a floor cutter, a vacuum tumbler-mixer, a semi-automatic clipper for packing MEAT products, an automated universal heat chamber. By its opening, technological maps were developed, production processes were worked out, employees were trained. The output of the new division of JSC "Kamenskoye" to the design capacity - 250 kilograms of products per day - is expected by the beginning of autumn. 

Lidia Dvinina, General DIRECTOR of Kamenskoye JSC, said that the company initially set a high standard for the quality of sausages and meat delicacies without artificial colors, flavors, any substitutes and additives. Classic boiled sausages “Russian” and “Doctorskaya”, sausages “Milk”, sausages “Ordinary”, half-smoked sausage “Krakowska”, servelat “Russian” and smoked-boiled loin were put into production. Technologists are working on expanding the range.

A subsidiary of the Sinara group in the Kamensky district of the Sverdlovsk region is one of the regional leaders in dairy and beef cattle breeding. In terms of MILK production, it ranks 2nd at the regional level and 36th. in RUSSIA. The company owns a herd of cattle numbering 7.5 thousand heads and 14 thousand hectares of sown area, where 50% falls on grain crops.

Last year JSC "Kamenskoye" began to produce stew. Now the enterprise processes 600 kilograms of raw materials per shift: 150 kilograms go to the production of sausages, and 450 kilograms go to canned food and semi-finished products. Products are sold in their own distribution network. Negotiations are underway on deliveries with local retailers.
