The basis of Cherkizovo's exports is still broiler meat, which accounts for about 70% of total exports. But at the same time, if in 2020 the lion's share of all shipments of products from this segment fell on China , then this year regular shipments of chicken fillet to Saudi Arabia and Serbia were established, supplies of halal broiler meat (carcasses and cuts) under the brands Latifa and DAJAJTI increased in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, other CIS countries, deliveries to Belarusian networks have begun.

Significantly, more than 3 times, in 2021, the export of turkey meat, which is produced by the Tambovskaya Turkey enterprise, which is part of the Cherkizovo group, increased. In addition, this year the first shipments of hams and other finished products from turkey meat under the Pava-Pava brand were made. The company is expanding the geography of supplies and pork meat. Among its importers this year are the CIS countries (including Kazakhstan and Belarus), traditional buyers of pork are also Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Andrey Terekhin, Head of the Department of Industry Expertise and Export Development of Cherkizovo Group, believes that exports still have a very significant potential for further growth. This is the long-awaited opening of the Japanese market for the supply of Russian-made chicken meat, and the beginning of its supply to Singapore and other ASEAN countries, and the activation of the supply of pork in cuts to the markets of Vietnam, Serbia, and other countries, as well as the opening of supplies of sausages and ready-made products. -to-eat to China. “The company intends to purposefully fight for its place on the consumer shelf in the CIS countries, expand the range of poultry supplies to China and increase the level of processing of exported products, as well as intensify work on the supply of products for the food service segment of importing countries,” he added.
