In early April, the Arbitration COURT of Bashkortostan received three claims for a total of 244.1 million rubles against the Bashkir poultry complex named after Mazhit Gafuri (TM Indyushkin).

 

In the list of new creditors BOD them. M. Gafuri includes Real Estate LLC with a claim amount of 76.9 million rubles, Betta LLC (86.2 million rubles) and Raduga LLC (81 million rubles). 

Earlier, in March, the arbitration received an application for recovery from the BOD im. M. Gafuri from the property management committee for the Meleuzovsky district and the city of Meleuz in the amount of 358.7 thousand rubles.

LLC Bashkir Poultry Complex named after Mazhit Gafuri was declared insolvent (bankrupt) by the decision of the Arbitration Court of Bashkortostan in 2019. At that time, the company's debt obligations amounted to 17.8 billion rubles.

The property of the turkey production complex was put up for auction. Despite the fact that by March 10, 2021 the price was reduced to 5.9 billion rubles, there were no applicants for its acquisition.

Since the middle of 2919, when the BMK named after Gafuri was declared insolvent (bankrupt), the company's assets have been leased by Ural Poultry Complex LLC, controlled by businessman Alexander Klyachin. The tenant hired 1,200 people and produces 2.3 thousand tons of turkey MEAT per month, but creditors believe that the rent was reduced several times when the contract was signed.
