The Arbitration COURT of the Vologda Oblast declared FSUE FSIN “Vologda” bankrupt.
CJSC Malechkino became bankrupt in 2014. In November 2014, a part of the production complex of the enterprise was leased by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Federal Penitentiary Service "Niva", which started producing eggs. There was serious talk about the arrival in the region of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise Federal Penitentiary Service "Kaluga", which was supposed to rent the Sheksninskaya poultry farm and start producing chicken. The scenario of renting a bankrupt poultry farm in the village of Klimovskoye was also considered.
These plans never materialized. The Sheksninskaya poultry farm was rented by OOO Vologda Ptitsa, and it took too much capital to start production at Klimovskaya. As a result, in August 2015, FSUE FSIN Vologda became the tenant instead of Niva. In 2016, FSUE FSIN "Vologda" produced a little less than 10% of the total production of chicken eggs in the Vologda region. But taking into account the incomprehensible prospects for the redemption of production complexes, this enterprise also terminated the lease agreement from the beginning of 2017.
In December 2018, the Arbitration Court of the Vologda Region filed a bankruptcy petition against the Federal State Unitary Enterprise FSIN Vologda. It was filed by two individual entrepreneurs who had previously collected 3.7 million rubles in debt for transport services. For a long time, the case progressed rather sluggishly, only in April 2021, a monitoring procedure was introduced in relation to the Federal State Unitary Enterprise. Finally, at the very end of December 2021, the Federal State Unitary Enterprise was declared bankrupt, and a bankruptcy procedure was introduced.
FSUE FSIN "Niva" was declared bankrupt back in 2017, the trial has not yet ended.
